Information the beta may hold
Account information can include name, email, authentication identifiers, role, and self-selected village. Optional community profiles can include photo, bio, profession, business, skills, availability, social links, visibility choices, blocked users, and temporary named-venue check-ins.
The active beta can hold account details, private app feedback, resident-submitted business listings and reviews, and interactions required to view community information. Advertiser-interest intake is paused and does not currently create inquiry records. Preserved prototype records may also include posts, comments, messages, connection requests, help requests, gig posts, saved items, volunteer logs, and safety reports, but those features are paused and are not active launch services. The Base44 hosting platform may also process technical logs, device/browser information, security events, and service metadata.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, present available community information, receive private beta feedback, protect the service, troubleshoot, and improve reliability. Advertiser-interest intake is paused. The launch candidate does not offer an active notification inbox, messaging service, or official HOA records or payment service.
Visibility and sharing
CommunityProfile and other preserved prototype records may remain stored in Base44. Server-side field-level protection for hidden and village-only Community Profiles is not yet complete, so profile creation, editing, browsing, and outreach are paused. Do not add sensitive information to a preserved prototype record.
Neighbor profiles, Network Nearby, and direct outreach are paused during the launch beta because profile visibility is not yet server-enforced. The preserved prototype uses a temporary named public venue rather than precise coordinates, does not run in the background, and expires participation after one hour; it must not be treated as an active launch feature.
Payments, advertising, and third parties
Launch payment processing is disabled. The app may link to official agencies, member websites, social networks, or other third parties; their privacy practices apply after you leave The Bubble. Future Stripe sponsorship or paid-listing processing will require an updated notice before activation.
Retention, access, and deletion
Self-service profile and content editing is paused. Signed-in members can submit an access, correction, or deletion request through Feedback, but no response time is promised. Some records may need limited retention for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. A documented retention schedule, deletion SLA, backup-deletion process, named request owner, and public privacy contact are not yet finalized and remain launch gates.
Children and security
The launch beta is intended for adults and is not designed to collect children's personal information. Do not upload child identity, schedules, precise location, or access credentials. Reasonable safeguards are being developed, but no online service can guarantee absolute security; cross-account authorization, monitoring, backup, and incident-response evidence remain required before public launch.
Questions or requests
Signed-in members can use Report a problem / Send feedback. A public privacy contact and formal response timeline must be designated before a public launch.
