Terms of Use

The Bubble is independent and resident-led. It is not an official HOA, LARMAC, LARCS, FirstService Residential, O'Connell, or LaderaLife.com service. It does not replace official notices, emergency services, governing documents, or professional advice.

Launch accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older. Do not create an account for a child or post a minor's name, photo, precise location, school schedule, access credential, or other identifying information.

You remain responsible for information you submit, including private beta feedback and any advertiser-interest inquiries if that intake later reopens. Share only information you have the right to share. If interactive publishing later reopens, do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate, spam, scrape profiles, expose private information, manipulate polls or reviews, or post illegal, deceptive, dangerous, or infringing content.

You grant The Bubble limited permission to store and use submitted information only as needed to operate and protect the service. You keep ownership of your content.

The current beta provides community information, read-only event discovery, safety guidance, static help resources, private app feedback, and a resident-submitted Local Business Directory. Advertiser-interest intake, profiles, resident messaging, forums, marketplace listings, help requests, gigs, volunteer logging, nearby networking, and safety-report intake are paused until their authorization, privacy, moderation, and operating controls are ready.

The Local Business Directory is live and growing: residents can browse and submit local businesses and services, and leave and read resident reviews. Listings are community-sourced and are not endorsements. Paid sponsorship and paid placement are not enabled.

The launch beta does not process HOA payments, donations, resident-to-resident payments, amenity charges, or access credentials. Advertiser-interest intake is paused; if it later reopens, any inquiry will be private and non-binding, with no pricing, placement, or response promised. Any future paid sponsorship or business placement must be clearly labeled and governed by separate commercial terms.

The Bubble is not monitored as an emergency dispatch service. Call 911 for immediate danger. Private beta feedback may be preserved or acted on to protect users and the service, but it has no promised review time and notifies no authority or HOA party. A moderation owner, response targets, and appeal process are still required before interactive community publishing can launch.

The beta may change, pause, or contain errors. Features described as beta, sample, illustrative, paused, or not connected are not operational promises. These terms may be updated with a new effective date; material changes should be communicated before they take effect.
