Be neighborly and truthful
Use your authentic adult account. Be respectful, specific, and honest. Label opinions as opinions, correct material errors, and never claim HOA authority, official status, verification, sponsorship, or professional credentials you do not have.
Protect privacy
Do not post home access details, gate or pool credentials, full street addresses, private phone/email information without consent, precise live location, medical or financial data, or another person's private communications. Never post identifying information about a minor.
Keep commerce transparent
Disclose your relationship to a business. Paid placement must be labeled. Do not create duplicate reviews, offer undisclosed incentives for reviews, manipulate rankings, sell prohibited or recalled items, request gift cards, or move suspicious transactions off-platform.
Use safety features appropriately
Call 911 for immediate danger. The Bubble does not dispatch police, fire, medical, private security, or HOA staff. Resident safety-reporting and blocking tools are paused. Signed-in members may use private app feedback to flag an information or product concern, but that inbox is not monitored for response and notifies no authority or HOA party.
Enforcement and appeals
Future interactive content or accounts may be limited or removed for safety, privacy, illegality, deception, harassment, spam, or repeated violations. Interactive community publishing is paused while enforcement operations are incomplete. A named moderation owner, response SLA, evidence-retention rule, and appeal channel remain required before public launch.

Signed-in members can use Report a problem / Send feedback. A public privacy contact and formal response timeline must be designated before a public launch.
